Postpartum Doula Services:

I provide Postpartum Doula care at the comfort of family’s home during the crucial early days and weeks after the baby’s birth. As a Postpartum doula, I offer: 

• non-medical support assisting with infant care during your naps or bathing
• infant feeding
• emotional support
• light housekeeping, including, but not limited to, meal preparation, light cleaning and tidying up and baby-related laundry
• resources for information

Hourly Rate:

Daytime Support: $35/hour (minimum of 4 hours per shift)

Evening Support: $40/hour (minimum of 4 hours per shift)

*Minimum purchase of 20 total hours required

*Discounts available for purchasing 40 hours or more

Montessori In-Home Consulting Services:

I offer an in-home, personalized, unique environmental design service for families interested in creating environments where their child(ren) can develop independence and self-esteem while learning and acquiring skills that will last a lifetime. This will include evaluating and (re)organizing the children’s room(s) and family’s shared common space.

90-minute In-Home Consultation:

$150 with free follow-up conversations after the consultation

In-Home Mat Pilates Sessions:

I provide an in-home mat Pilates workout to mothers who are looking for a gentle way to get back to being physically active again after having a baby!

Rate:

$40/hour
